Ketika didekati, si pria langsung berhenti bergoyang. Saat ditanya petugas Satpol PP mereka mengaku bukan suami isteri. Petugas satuan polisi pamong praja (satpol PP) menangkap basah pasangan mesum Diana (41) dan Paiman (41) yang sedang asyik bercinta dengan posisi berdiri di Taman Nusa Indah di bawah Jembatan Ampera, Palembang, Senin (2/8/2010) pukul 20.00.

Keduanya langsung diamankan ke Pos Satpol PP Ampera untuk dimintai keterangan. Ada-ada saja ulah manusia. Nggak kuat kali alias kebelet.....

Naked Woman Tied to Tree in Park, Why No Arrests...?????

Several police officers responded to a 911 report of a naked woman tied to a tree in Point Defiance Park in Tacoma. .

Police Spokesman Mark Fulghum said officers talked with the woman and a man Tuesday in the Owen Beach area and determined it was a "consensual rendezvous."

But why wasn't anyone arrested?

Mark Fulghum said the man and woman were separated at the scene and questioned individually to ensure that no one was being assaulted.

"She was very forthcoming about what was going on and that it was consensual and both were out there by their own free will." Fulghum said.

Police identified the woman only as a 19-year old from Gig Harbor.

Pierce County prosecutor Mark Lindquist said that officers have wide discretion to arrest individuals violating park decency rules. .

"The police officers in the field make a decision to arrest or to cite, and then a police report comes to our office and we review that police report and we make a decision as to whether or not to prosecute. We only prosecute about 60-percent of the cases that come into our office." Lindquist said. Even if the couple was arrested, it would only have been a misdemeanor charge for public indecency.

Naked Woman Stops Traffic in Taiwan Street

Motorists driving along Chun-Jih Road in Taoyuan, Taiwan, Monday, were greeted by a strange sight.

A middle-aged woman was walking on the street, just like any other pedestrian, except that she was stark naked..

She caused quite a congestion on the road, as drivers slowed down to gawk at her while students were seen turning away in embarrassment, reported Taiwan’s United Daily News.

The cops were soon alerted. Wu Junyi, the first police officer to arrive at the scene muttered “Oh my God” when he saw her.

But he regained his composure,  reached into the storage box of his motorcycle, took out a towel and a raincoat and walked towards the naked woman.

However, when she saw him coming towards her, she started running along the street holding her bra and underwear..

Wu pursued the woman, requesting for backup. It took him a while before he managed to corner the woman and tried his best to persuade her to put on her clothes.

His efforts were in vain, until another batch of female cops arrived. They covered the woman up with garments and dragged her into the police car.

Wu said the the woman appeared to be suffering from mental problems and could not express herself clearly.

She has been placed in a nursing home in Taoyuan.

Woman beaten unconscious, left naked on Jersey City street

An unidentified woman was beaten unconscious and left naked on the sidewalk in Jersey City in a brutal robbery early this morning, police reports said.

Carlos Acosta, 18, of Manning Avenue, and Davon Gordon, 18, of Arlington Avenue were arrested two blocks from the scene and charged with robbery, aggravated assault and criminal attempt, reports said.

Police have not yet been able to identify the woman, who remained in critical condition at Jersey City Medical Center this afternoon, Jersey City Police Department Edgar Martinez spokesman said.

A 26-year-old man, who was robbed of $20 and his identity card, also suffered lacerations to the front left of his forehead and back of his head and was also treated at Jersey City Medical Center, reports said.

When police arrived at the scene at 5:37 a.m., they found a naked woman lying on the eastern sidewalk of Van Horne Street about 15 feet south of Communipaw Avenue., reports said. The woman was unconscious with several head wounds and blood coming from her mouth, reports said.

A witness told police he saw two men grab the woman, slam her head repeatedly on the pavement of the street and then drag her to the sidewalk at Van Horne Street. They then kicked her and removed her clothing, throwing it over a gate into an abandoned lot, reports said. The men then grabbed and fondled her, reports said..

The witness then said the men turned on the second victim who was walking north on Van Horne Street, punching and kicking him, leaving a large pool of blood on the sidewalk, reports said.

Police found the second victim bleeding from his head and walking south on Van Horne Street.
Police arrested the two suspects, who had blood on their clothing and sneakers, two blocks away on Communipaw Avenue near Manning Avenue, reports said.

Woman accused of walking naked in Belmont, again

 A homeless woman was arrested for allegedly running down the street in the nude.

The 51-year-old naked woman was spotted by another woman in Belmont, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

“Crystal Johnson was running around the 100 block of Franklin Street naked, screaming and cursing,” Belmont Police officer F.C. Bollinger Jr. wrote in the report.

Johnson, listed as a homeless Belmont woman on the arrest warrant, was charged with indecent exposure and held at Gaston County Jail under a $2,500 secured bond.

This makes the second time in four months that Johnson has been charged with the same offense. In May a man reported seeing the naked woman walking behind McLean Funeral Directors on Central Avenue in Belmont.

Belmont Police Cpl. M.R. Stroupe found the woman in a van behind the home where she’d been seen in the buff.

“Crystal Johnson admitted she had taken her clothes off because she was hot,” Stroupe wrote in the affidavit.

MUZAFFARGARH: Fourteen people are reported to have stripped naked a woman and her daughter on Saturday and thrashed them in the presence of a large number of people in Shehr Sultan, a town near Mirwala. .
Sources said the suspects got hold of 50-year-old Allah Wasai and her 14-year-old daughter Ashraf Mai when they came out of their home in Berwali to go to their fields. .

They then proceeded to teach the women “a lesson for the wrongdoing of Allah Wasai’s son”.

SHO Mahboob Tangwani said the main accused, Safdar, alleged that Allah Wasai’s son Saddam Husain had an affair with his daughter. He and his 13 accomplices held the woman and her daughter at gunpoint, stripped them naked and thrashed them.

A large number of people were there but none of them came forward to rescue the women from the assailants.

Local resident Allah Ditta later informed police.

A police team freed the women from the accused and gave them clothes.

A case was registered against the 14 accused, including Safdar, Mirza Khan, Siraj, Haji Afzal, Jameel, Akbar and Athar under 354/148 and 149 sections of the Pakistan Penal Code. Akbar and Jameel have been arrested.

According to police, the accused justified their action and said that a dispute over distribution of irrigation water had caused a clash in which people from both sides were injured.

FRANCISTOWN: There was unusual commotion at the Francistown bus/taxi rank on Tuesday afternoon when a woman wearing a miniskirt was stripped naked by unruly taxi drivers. 

The woman clad in a skimpy skirt, had just entered the bus rank and passed the vendors in front of the waiting room on her way to the combis on the other side. As she strolled into the rank, she met raging drivers and conductors who shouted at her, "Ga wa apara, tsamaya o ye go apara (You are not dressed up. Go and dress up)!"
Some of the drivers began hooting in their combis, while others booed wildly. Suddenly the rank became a symphony of impassioned booing and hooting as others joined in the craze and began violently undressing the lady. The excitement reached fever pitch, with jumping and prancing about as the drivers took pictures of the woman with their camera phones, in apparent enjoyment of their actions.
Clad only in panties the tearful young lady desperately struggled to escape and finally managed to disappear into the Botswana Railway houses that are across the railway line.
A woman who seemed to have been pained by the taxi driver's behaviour said: "This is totally unacceptable behaviour. Who gives these taxi drivers the right to dictate what people should wear and not wear. What if it was your sister or girlfriend?"
A taxi driver, Badiredi Motswaledi said women should not come to the rank dressed in revealing clothes as it is disrespectful to them (taxi drivers).
"I think these women should be stripped so that they do not repeat the same thing again," he said.
For Mompati Seepo, who is also a taxi driver, mini-skirts, skinny jeans and other revealing clothes are not acceptable. He however does not agree that one has to be stripped if people feel they are indecently dressed.
"They should try to talk to that person and show them that what they are wearing is not proper," said Seepo.
Mbiganyi Ndzimumbi said he believes that people should dress the way they like. He said stripping the person of what she is wearing is taking the law into one's hands and should not be allowed to happen.
"If there is a law that prohibits women from wearing skimpy dresses then the best way to deal with such a situation is to report the matter to the relevant authorities," said 61-year-old Ndzimumbi.
A rank marshal for Monarch-bound taxis, Botshelo Lesego said although he feels that women should not wear revealing clothes, he feels people should not harass them either as that could get them into trouble. He said when a woman comes out of the house they should ask themselves if what they are wearing is decent or not.
"Perhaps what angers the taxi drivers is that the women do not respect the rank. They come here without considering what the people in the rank may feel about their dresses," he said.
However, deputy station commander for Kutlwano Police, assistant superintendent Alec Marula said they have not yet received any reports of the act. He said he is aware that incidences where women are stripped for dressing in revealing clothes sometimes occur.,
According to Marula, a person can be charged with indecent assault or common nuisance for harassing a woman to the extent of stripping them.
He said most of the time perpetrators are not even aware that they are committing an offence by just booing at someone.
"The law does not allow people to intimidate anyone into dressing up the way they want them to. Everyone is free to dress the way he or she wants," he commented.
Marula however said the law does not allow anyone to expose their private parts..

Angry Woman Stripped at Border Over Tattoo

MONTREAL–A Montreal woman says Canadian border agents made her strip to see if she had a pink tattoo on her buttocks after mixing her up with an alleged criminal.

Sylvie Ménard, who has no history of trouble with the law, flew home from a relaxing Mexico vacation in April to a humiliating encounter with airport authorities.

Ménard, manager of a wine business, is still seeking an explanation why she was handcuffed and locked up, then told to undress..

"They don't have enough information to identify who's a criminal and who isn't," she said. "And that's the big problem."..

Dominique McNeely, a spokesman for the Canada Border Services Agency, said he could not discuss the case, but said false matches occur and such checks are necessary.

"We can't let someone enter the country unless we're absolutely certain about their identity."

Ménard, 43, said after being questioned by an airport customs official she was pulled aside. Her luggage was tested for drug residue and her name was run through a computer. Next, a border officer read out her rights, handcuffed her and led her to a cell.

"I was really stressed," she said.

As far as Ménard can tell, her name matched that of a suspected criminal with the same birth date. Police were called.

Ménard says it felt like a bad dream and was astounded when a female border officer asked her to expose her buttocks to see if she had a pink tattoo. The officer later made her disrobe again to check if one had been erased with a laser.

Police checks turned up a different description for the suspect.

Ménard says a police officer suggested she change her name to avoid future confusion.

"That was the solution."

Ménard says there must be an easier way to verify identity, given that she was carrying a passport, driver's licence and health card. She has lodged complaints with the police watchdog and the border agency.
