Her name is Anna Christine Conwi Patrimonio the daughter of the retired PBA superstar "The Captain" Alvin Patrimonio. She is a model and a tennis player, she is also an official housemate for Pinoy Big Brother Season 4. Photos below were taken way back 2007 when she modeled for Crisa.
